Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the following return conditions apply:

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery/receipt.

  • Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Exclusions

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.

  • An exception applies only if a personalised or custom item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and the packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.​
