Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery/receipt.

Returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Exclusions

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.

An exception applies only if a personalised or custom item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.​
